About

I work with clients who want to build confidence, develop friendships, and feel more comfortable in social situations—using the structured, research-based PEERS® curriculum.

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and certified PEERS® provider, currently also working as an inclusion support teacher in British Columbia. This dual role gives me a strong understanding of the academic and social challenges neurodivergent youth face, and the tools to support them in both settings.

Sessions are calm, respectful, and tailored to each person’s needs. Whether you’re a parent looking for the right support or a young adult ready to build new skills, I’m here to help guide the way.
