About

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and certified PEERS® provider, as well as an inclusion support teacher in British Columbia. Working in both education and mental health gives me a well-rounded understanding of the social, emotional, and academic challenges that many youth and young adults experience, especially those who learn and think differently.

In my counselling practice, I offer two main types of support:

Individual Counselling – A calm, supportive space to explore anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Together we work on building confidence, self-understanding, and practical strategies for everyday life.

Social Skills Coaching (PEERS® Program) – A structured, evidence-based approach that helps teens and young adults build friendships, improve social communication, and feel more comfortable in social settings.

My goal is to meet each person where they are and create an environment that feels safe, respectful, and empowering. Whether you are a parent looking for the right support or a young adult ready to make positive change, I am here to help guide the way.
