A Space Where Every Mind Belongs
Counselling for teens and young adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and neurodiversity — with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Life as a teen or young adult can feel confusing, especially when your mind works a little differently. You might be dealing with anxiety, school pressure, or sensory overload, and it can be exhausting trying to fit in while figuring yourself out.
I offer counselling that is gentle, practical, and affirming of different ways of thinking and experiencing the world. It’s a space to feel understood and build strategies that truly work for you. Together, we’ll find your calm, your confidence, and your way forward.
